Day 3

•       Today I showed the virtue of industry, "Lose no time; be always employed in something useful; cut off all unnecessary actions." During class I finished my assignments on time and when I had free time I was working on other assignments that are going to be due this week coming up.  During empower hour I was working on finishing a project for FCCLA. Devoting my time to get ahead is  appositive thing to do because it helps reduce the amount of assignments that need to be completed the following days.

• Today i ignored the virtue of moderation, “Avoid extremes; forebear resenting injuries so much as you think they deserve.” What this virtue means is that you should not focus on your energies on your anger against someone who has hurt you. Anger and hatred only consumes people and it is not healthy for a person to be angry because that brings health problems. I did not possess this virtue because one of my friends who I though was my friend said something that “supposedly” I said it when in reality I had never said anything like that. What she said caused problems between my sister and me. I was so mad and angry because I would of never expected her to be that way; hatred consumed me because I didn’t talk to her and I wish that she would never speak to me again because I do not want nothing to do with her anymore. True friends will never lie and say things that are not true.
